Bob is an IT services senior executive with more than 28 years of experience in global leadership and sales. As a customer-focused IT services executive, Bob believes in highly collaborative relationships, driving results and value for his customers. Bob is widely recognized for his relationship-first approach and building motivated cross-functional teams.

As Executive Director of Dell Services, Bob is responsible for growth, profitability, and transformation in our Commercial Industries customer base. Bob and his team work closely with Global 1000 companies to deliver solutions and insight that transform, modernize, and innovate their business.

While at Dell, Bob has held a number of leadership roles including General Manager of Dell Services’ global application services sales team and was responsible for establishing Dell Service’s Consumer vertical (Retail, CPG, Logistics/Distribution), which is now key part of our Commercial Industries.

Prior to Dell, Bob served as managing director for RealFoundations, responsible for business process outsourcing and managed services. As co-founder of a software development company, Systems Engineering Associates, Bob was responsible for all facets of IT industry service and support.

Bob started his career at EDS, where he supported a variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, finance, and healthcare. He then moved to Perot Systems where he served as CIO for an international healthcare supply manufacturer and general manager of the Engineering and Construction vertical segment.

Bob has presented at the National Association of Home Builders, information technology industry analyst briefings, and is a frequent speaker at Dell Services’ Executive Briefing Center.

Bob is a graduate of The University of Florida.
