Kris has 39+ years of IT experience in various industries, including: technology, EFT, telecom, health care, staffing, loyalty,
manufacturing, professional services, retail, financial services, and higher education.
Kris is an executive in the Office of the CTO for Dell Services. He is responsible for:
• Services technology planning and coordination with the other CTO's at Dell.
• Leading Dell’s IT Strategy Practice driving customer innovation through transformation.
• The prior development of Dell’s Cloud & Cyber Security Services strategies resulting in the deployment of Dell Services Cloud
solutions and the acquisition of SecureWorks.
Prior to the CTO office, Kris lead the Consulting business for the Public market.
Upon joining Dell, Kris developed and launch Dell’s IT Strategy “Simplification” practice.
Prior to Dell, Kris was the Vice President of Global Applications Development at Manpower from 2003 ‐ 2007. During this
time, Kris led the rationalization of Manpower’s 500+ application portfolio leveraging applications such as PeopleSoft
(Financials, HCM, Service Procurement, Billing and CRM) which led to reducing application support costs by over 25%. In
addition to the application work, Kris supported the migration of 60+ data networks into a single network managed by British
Telecom (BT) and the establishment of regional 3 data centers in the US, UK and Singapore saving Manpower millions of
Before joining Manpower, Kris was a partner with The FeldGroup where his clients included MBNA, Manpower, Interpublic
Group (IPG) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Kris was responsible for developing a global applications portfolio
architecture and implementation plans to help each company more closely align their business needs with their IT
Other experiences include: VP Product Management for Alliance Data Systems (eBusiness), VP Software Development for
Office Max, CIO for Octel Network Services, SVP at Concord EPS (now part of FDC), Manager for EFT at Pulse, and large
system sales for IBM.
