Marc Degenkolb has more than 10 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and leading enterprise software sales teams. He has a long history of strong results, committing to a process that enables him to lead by example and hold everyone accountable to being an expert in the marketplace, competition, and technology that they sell. Most recently, Degenkolb served as VP of Worldwide Sales at Rocana, a Big Data solution for the IT and Security Ops space. Prior to Rocana, Degenkolb spent almost 8 years managing sales teams at CA Technologies – from a dedicated Application Performance Management team in the Southeast, to all things Monitoring or Service Assurance, for North America. He began his enterprise software sales career at Quest Software, after receiving his Bachelors degree in Business Administration & Interpersonal Communication from Ohio University.
