As Global Vice President of Dell Services, Scott Sosnowski is responsible for the growth, profitability, and transformation of Dell Services in our Commercial Industries. In this role, Scott works in close collaboration with the Global 1000 executives to deliver solutions that optimize, modernize and innovate their business. As a strategic advisor, Scott delivers his insights to customers and influencers on topics such as the positive business impact of effective change management, continuous improvement, and the complexities of managing bimodal IT.
While at Dell, Scott has held a number of leadership roles; he served as the VP of Dell Services’ Infrastructure & Cloud Computing global practitioner sales team and was responsible for driving the sales, solution, and contracting of large scale outsourcing transactions across all lines of business, market segments and regions. He also played a pivotal role in the integration of the sales organization during the 2009 Dell acquisition of Perot Systems.
Scott brings extensive experience from his seventeen years of leadership within Perot Systems, where he held diverse roles including project management, multiple client executive assignments for outsourcing contracts, and general manager of the automotive vertical segment of business. He began his career with General Motors in several different engineering roles, where he developed the foundation of his expertise in the automotive manufacturing industry.
A graduate from the University of Detroit, Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Active in many causes, Scott is a sponsor and board member for the Samaritan Inn, a strong advocate for mentoring team members, serving as a mentor in external organizations such as Menttium, a program dedicated to the development and promotion of women in business, along with internal leadership development programs. Scott currently resides in Allen, TX, with his wife and two children.
